At SYNA  Residential School, we welcome teachers who can positively impact the life and learning of our students. Teachers with good subject knowledge and also with the ability to work collaboratively, leadership traits and adaptability to new ideas on curriculum design and teaching methodologies are considered an asset at AVRS.
At SYNA International Residential School our enthusiasm is pervasive and talent is rewarded. The school has spacious living quarters on campus for faculty and we are dedicated to developing the unique differences in each teacher as much as each child.
Teachers further develop and hone their talents and skills through special programs conducted by AVRS staff and by associations with organizations like CEMT – Centre for Education Management and Development. The training modules include issues related to Personality Development /Communication /Handling children/Planning lessons/ Interpersonal relationships / Pastoral Care etc.
 
SYNA International Residential School would love to hear from you if you fulfill the following criteria:
Possess good subject knowledge.
Can act as 'Guides' to enable learning.
Plan and implement a programme of instruction that adheres to the School's philosophy, mission and objectives.
Understand that different children learn in different ways and teach all of them.
Make lesson plans that provide for effective teaching strategies addressing the multiple intelligences of children.
Enthuse students in the learning process and in the development of good learning habits by assigning individual and group work.
Provide detailed and perceptive reports.
Recognize learning problems in children and address them appropriately
